1General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between the o9n online gaming platform ("platform", "service") and the person using the platform ("player", "you"). By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing games, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all terms in this Agreement.
o9n reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after any amendments are published, you are considered to have accepted the revised terms. We therefore recommend checking this page each time you visit the site.

1.1 Service Provider
o9n is an online gaming platform for players in Myanmar, offering football, live casino, slots, esports betting, and Sic Bo games playable in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).
1.2 Language and Law
This agreement is written in Myanmar language and is intended for players in Myanmar. Where a local translation and an English version both exist, the Myanmar version takes precedence.
2Account Registration and User Responsibilities
You must open a valid account to play on the o9n platform. The following rules regarding account registration must be strictly followed.
2.1 Account Registration Requirements
- Players must register using accurate and complete personal information.
- Each person is allowed only one account. If duplicate or competing accounts are found, action may be taken to suspend them.
- Players must be 21+ and can access the platform from any location with an internet connection.
- The information provided when opening an account must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
- Players must keep their login details (username and password) secure and ensure that no third party can access them.
2.2 Account Security
If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. Any losses incurred before that notification is made are the player's responsibility.
2.3 Anonymous Play
When processing withdrawals or large-stake transactions, o9n reserves the right to verify a player's ID card or national registration card. Failure to cooperate with these checks may result in withdrawals being placed on hold.
3Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are available for deposits on o9n: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer (KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, CB Bank, Yoma Bank, MAB Bank).
3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
A minimum of 10,000 Ks is required per deposit, regardless of payment method. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
3.2 Deposit Processing Time

3.3 Deposit Validity
- Players must deposit using their own funds or payment methods only.
- Third-party payments are not allowed. If detected, funds may be returned and the account may be closed.

4Withdrawal Terms
4.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
A minimum of 20,000 Ks is required per withdrawal. Requests below this amount cannot be processed.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawals are normally completed within 10–45 minutes of the request. Please note that cases requiring additional verification, bank holidays, or connectivity issues may cause slight delays.
4.3 Withdrawal Process
- As a general rule, withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Players must have completed identity verification before a withdrawal can be processed.
- o9n may place a withdrawal on hold if anti-money laundering documentation is not satisfactory.
- Withdrawals may be held while unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns are under review.
To withdraw a balance that includes bonus funds, the bonus wagering requirement must be met. See Section 5.
5Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 First Deposit Bonus
o9n offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and can play with a total of 40,000 Ks.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 20,000 Ks → account balance 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement = 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks
Example 2: Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → bonus 500,000 Ks → account balance 1,520,000 Ks → wagering requirement = 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks
Any winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The bonus can be played alongside your main balance, and the main balance can be withdrawn before wagering is complete — but doing so will not carry over the bonus; the remaining bonus amount will be forfeited.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each player may receive the first-time bonus once only.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted to cash — they can only be used for placing bets.
- If any fraud related to bonuses or promotions is detected, o9n may cancel the bonus and review the account.
- o9n reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time.
5.4 VIP Cashback Program
o9n has 4 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates differ by tier —
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
The requirements to reach each tier depend on the player's relationship with the platform and their level of play. Cashback bonuses will be issued with a wagering requirement.
6Gaming Terms
At o9n you can play football betting, live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), slots, esports betting, Sic Bo, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, and various crash games.
6.1 Eligibility to Play
- Players must have a stable internet connection to play properly. o9n is not responsible for any losses caused by connection drops.
- All bets must be placed by the player personally. The use of bots or automated software is prohibited.
- Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
6.2 Technical Errors
o9n has the right to make the final call on any bet results affected by technical issues (server failures, game software errors) — such results may be recorded or voided.
6.3 Football Betting
Football odds and markets may change depending on how matches unfold. In the event of a cancellation, suspension, or date change, bets will be settled according to the platform's bet settlement rules.
7Prohibited Actions
Players are not permitted to carry out the following actions on the o9n platform —
- Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse)
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
- Using automated software (bots, scripts) to place bets
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Colluding with other players in games
- Using improper methods to gain an advantage in predicting game outcomes
- Moving funds between accounts of connected individuals
- Attempting to undermine platform staff, players, or support channels
Please be aware that if any of the above violations are found, o9n may close the account and forfeit the remaining balance.
8Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 o9n's Right to Suspend
o9n may temporarily suspend any player's account without a complaint being filed, for investigation purposes, or if there is reason to believe a violation has occurred. During the suspension, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay will be unavailable.
8.2 Account Closure by the Player
If a player wishes to close their own account, they can contact [email protected] to request this. The account will be closed after all open bets are settled and any remaining balance is processed.
8.3 Fund Recovery
Please be aware that this agreement includes the right of o9n to forfeit remaining balances and terminate the relationship if fraud or violations are found.
9Personal Data Protection

- Players' personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties without the player's consent — except under a legal order.

11Platform Changes and Suspension
o9n may temporarily or permanently suspend services due to maintenance, upgrades, or national circumstances. Should this occur, o9n will make every effort to settle players' remaining balances.

11.1 Limitation of Liability
o9n is not responsible for losses arising from connection failures, hardware malfunctions, regional internet outages, or any other cause beyond o9n's control. Players are considered to have accepted these terms from the date they agree to this agreement.
